Lone Star For Miss. D. Johnson

I was really pleased with the way this one looked when we got it on Miss Johnson's front porch.
The blue in the star matched her chairs and the burgundy color in the center matched her roof.
Her house is a Log Cabin so it was a perfect backdrop!

The Bear Paw Block

This is the newest barn quilt that I made for an old friend from Sevierville, TN.
She owns one of the most awesome, cozy, cottage style stores that I have ever been in! I could spend hours and hundreds of dollars in there! Go by and see her sometime.

Lorie is a big supporter of our old High School and their mascot is a big purple bear!

What quilt block would be more appropriate on the front of her store than this one?

The Eight Pointed Star. A beautiful decoration to the Carousel Horse in Locust, North Carolina.
